We have many membership passes, and one of them is to the Aquarium in Niagara Falls. Today our friends invited us to go along for a trip there. We had such a great time!! Since they are related to one of the employees we felt like VIPs. The first thing we did was look at some fish and then it was time to watch the sea lion show. For the first time we watched the show from above and it was so much fun! Cameron was mesmerized by the two sea lions and just stood there watching them for the whole show. After that we went to see a magic show. Since the magician knows their aunt we had seats reserved for us right in front. It was Cameron's first time seeing a magic show, and I have to admit I was a bit nervous that he wouldn't sit very well for it. Well, I worried for nothing! Cameron loved the magic show. He sat on my lap for most of it and then stood right in front of me for the rest. He was cheering the magician on and clapping after every trick. After the show, the magician came over and gave Cameron and his friend Gavin each a magic wand and he gave them a magic book too! After this we went and had lunch in the aunt's office. The boys were more interested in the phones and computer than eating, but we managed to sneak a few bites of food into them. After lunch we got a special showing of the touch tank. We were able to touch clam, oysters, star fish, lobsters, and crabs. Cameron was a bit nervous, but he still did it (and had a little extra fun splashing in the water) That room has carpeted stairs along the wall to act as bleachers and Cameron had more fun climbing on them than anything. Finally, as we were getting ready to leave, the aunt surprised us with a special present for each boy. An airplane and a truck! They loved them. This was definitely our favorite trip to the aquarium yet. Here are a few pictures I managed to take today
